P6KE Series 600W Axial Leaded TVS Diode

  • Package name: DO-15
  • DO-15 glass passivated chip junction
  • Polarity: Color band denoted positive end (cathode) except Bidirectional.
  • Typical failure mode is short from over-specified voltage or current
  • Fast response time: typically less than 1.0ps from 0 Volts to BV min
  • High Temperature soldering: 260°C/10 seconds at terminals.
  • Solder dip 275 °C max. 10 s, per JESD 22-B106

The TVS P6KE series is a triac (TVS) diode with low reverse leakage current that can effectively protect circuits from damage. P6KE series TVS diodes have fast response speed and can quickly introduce over-voltage to the ground, protecting circuits and equipment from over-voltage. It has a high breakdown voltage and can withstand large overvoltage in the circuit without being damaged. Able to withstand large power impacts and protect circuits and equipment from overvoltage damage.

The TVS  P6KE SERIES is offered in the industry standard, DO-15 package to enable easy solderability.


Application

  • High-sensitivity unipolar Hall switch chip AH544 suitable for car seat belt buckles

  • 4-channel, 12-bit analog-to-digital converters SC1634 and AD9633 are suitable for infrared thermal imaging modules
