The primary measure for rectifying conducted emissions (CE) from data center switches is to increase the common-mode inductor. In the 0.15MHz-30MHz frequency band, a common-mode inductor provides high common-mode impedance to suppress common-mode current return. The preferred choices are the CMZ7060A-701T (700Ω@100MHz) from Etymotic Electronics for the power port, with a DC resistance of 13mΩ suitable for 10A high current; the CMZ3225A-501T (500Ω@100MHz) for the secondary side; and the CMZ2012A-900T (90Ω@100MHz) for signal lines. During rectification, first identify the frequency band exceeding the standard. For frequencies below 1MHz, increase the common-mode inductor inductance; for frequencies above 1MHz, choose a higher impedance frequency. Actual measurements show that adding the CMZ7060A-701T reduces conducted interference by 18-25dB in the 1MHz-10MHz frequency band, with a cost increase of only 2-3 yuan.
