The product adopts a solid-state semiconductor structure, with precise breakdown voltage (VDRM range covering 20V to 500V) and nanosecond level fast response characteristics. Its unique low dynamic resistance (R_ON) can effectively clamp surge voltage to extremely low levels after conduction, capable of withstanding single or repeated surge impacts up to 100A (8/20 μ s waveform), while maintaining low line capacitance at the pF level to ensure data transmission integrity.
