Automotive small lights such as parking, width and auxiliary lamps enhance vehicle visibility in complex environments yet operate in limited spatial envelopes with shared power distribution and signal circuitry. These lights are vulnerable to transient surges, electrostatic discharge (ESD) and conducted electrical noise originating from load switching, harness crosstalk and vehicle electrical transients. YINT Electronics’ protection architecture integrates high-power TVS transient suppressors to clamp surge energy, low-capacitance ESD diodes for interface protection, and zener diodes for voltage regulation. This multi-layered approach ensures stable power distribution, robust transient immunity and continuous peripheral illumination for advanced automotive lighting systems.
