The 20D-20 is a MF72 series power NTC thermistor designed to suppress high inrush current during power-on. With 20Ω resistance at 25°C and 5A steady-state current capability, it effectively protects rectifiers, capacitors and switching devices. After startup, its resistance drops rapidly, minimizing power loss during normal operation. It is widely used in switching power supplies, UPS systems, LED drivers and industrial equipment.
