Servo drive for motion controller

Servo drive motion controllers are core to high-precision industrial automation equipment. High-frequency PWM switching in IGBT/MOSFET power bridges generates strong conducted interference and voltage spikes. Encoder feedback links are highly sensitive to high-frequency noise, leading to positioning errors or synchronization loss if not properly protected. Protecting these systems with robust surge, ESD and EMI suppression ensures reliable motion control under heavy loads and rapid acceleration/deceleration cycles.
