The ESD24VT6 is a compact multi-line ESD protection diode array optimized for protecting multiple I/O ports where board space and leakage performance are critical. It features a 24V reverse working voltage with nA-level leakage and sub-nanosecond response, clamping transients to 38V at 1A and up to 46V at 8A under 8/20μs conditions. Rated at 300W peak pulse power and compliant with IEC 61000-4-2 (±15kV air, ±8kV contact), IEC 61000-4-4 (EFT 40A), and IEC 61000-4-5 (surge 8A), it is well suited for multi-port protection in set-top boxes, digital TV, DVI links, notebook peripherals, SIM ports, and 10/100 Ethernet interfaces where robust transient immunity and long-term reliability are required.
