Data center switch CE testing uses a stable network LISN with proper wiring specifications: Connect the EUT power input to the LISN front panel socket; connect the LISN RF output to the receiver's 50Ω input; connect the LISN grounding terminal directly to the reference ground plane with a 20mm wide copper braid (length <30cm); place the EUT on an insulating bracket 40cm above the ground plane, with all cables 5cm above the ground plane; connect any unused LISN ports to a 50Ω load; network signal cables must pass through a ferrite core (e.g., PBZ3216E120Z0T 12Ω@100MHz) for 1-2 turns to simulate actual load. In actual testing, poor grounding can increase background noise by 8-12dB in the 0.5MHz-5MHz frequency band, affecting pass/fail judgment.
