Optimizing the DTU antenna interface EMC requires impedance matching and filtering. A 50Ω coaxial cable is used to connect the antenna, and an EMI pad is installed at the interface to ensure shielding continuity. A PBZ1608A-102Z0T ferrite bead is connected in series on the RF line to suppress common-mode noise. On the PCB, there is clearance below the antenna interface area, and ground plane is laid around it. The return loss (S11) is measured using a network analyzer and should be less than -10dB in the operating frequency band. After optimization, the radiated emission from the antenna interface is reduced, and the receiving efficiency is improved.
