Improving the immunity of DTU communication cabling requires shielding, filtering, and termination matching. Use shielded twisted-pair cable, with the shield grounded at one end (low frequency) or both ends (high frequency). Deploy a common-mode inductor CML3225A-510T and a TVS diode array ESD0524P at the communication interface. For long-distance cabling, use termination matching resistors (e.g., 120Ω) to eliminate reflections. Keep cabling away from interference sources, with parallel spacing greater than 3 times the wire diameter. Verify signal quality through eye diagram testing; the eye diagram opening should be greater than 80%. In actual testing, the bit error rate should be less than 10^-6 under interference environments. Anti-interference cabling ensures stable communication in noisy industrial environments.
