Improving conducted immunity (CS) in a DTU requires optimized filtering and grounding. A high-performance EMI filter, including a common-mode inductor CML4532A-510T and safety capacitors, should be deployed at the power input. Isolation transformers or optocouplers should be used for signal interfaces. The grounding system should have low impedance and employ a star grounding configuration. Filter parameters should be optimized through simulation analysis of the CS frequency point. In actual testing, a CS test of 10V/m should be performed according to IEC61000-4-6 standard, with a frequency range of 150kHz-80MHz; the system should exhibit no abnormalities. Improving conducted immunity allows the system to operate stably in strong electromagnetic environments.
