The EMC (Electronic Control Management) of communication between the collaborative DTU and the power substation requires unified grounding and protocol planning. A common grounding system should be adopted, with a grounding resistance of less than 0.1Ω. Isolation schemes, such as fiber optic cables or isolated RS485, should be used for the communication interface. A common-mode inductor CML4532A-510T should be deployed on the power side to suppress interference. In terms of protocol, a standard (such as IEC60870-5-101/104) should be adopted, and CRC checksum should be added. System-level EMC testing should be conducted, including conducted emissions, radiated emissions, and immunity. The collaborative design ensures stable operation of the entire system in complex electromagnetic environments such as substations, and accurate data transmission.
