The design of the DTU power access interface must meet safety and noise suppression requirements for EMC. A 2R600L-8×6 gas discharge tube and a 14D511K varistor are deployed at the interface to absorb surges. The filtering section uses a common-mode inductor CML4532A-510T and safety-certified X/Y capacitors. Shielded connectors are used, with the shielding layer terminated 360 degrees to the housing. On the PCB layout, the interface area is separately defined and isolated by a ground plane. The interface EMC performance is analyzed through simulation to optimize filter parameters. In actual testing, conducted interference and surge tests were performed, meeting EN55032 and IEC61000-4-5 standards. A good design ensures safe power access and EMC compliance.
