How should AC/DC interface filters be coordinated with power FTUs?

The AC and DC interface filters need to be designed separately and their mutual influence must be considered. The AC side uses a two-stage filter: the first stage consists of a CMZ7060A-701T common-mode inductor (700μH) + a CY-X2-474K X capacitor (0.47μF); the second stage consists of a PBZ3216E120Z0T ferrite bead (120Ω) + a CY-Y1-222K Y capacitor (2.2nF). The DC side uses a π-type filter: a PWRA6045R6R8M0T power inductor (6.8μH) + a 470μF electrolytic capacitor + a 100nF ceramic capacitor. The AC and DC interfaces are connected via a DC-DC isolation module WRB2405S-3W (1500VDC isolation). PCB layout: AC and DC zones are clearly separated, with a spacing greater than 15mm, and a grounding shielding strip is laid in between. This solution enables conducted emissions to meet EN55032 Class B standards in the 150kHz-30MHz range, with an isolation withstand voltage of 3000VAC, and complies with IEC 60950-1 safety requirements.
