Ethernet communication interference suppression must consider differential signal integrity. An integrated solution is adopted: using RJ45 connectors with EMC filtering and a built-in CMZ2012A-900T common-mode inductor (90μH). Interface protection uses ESDLC3V3D3B low-capacitance ESD devices with a capacitance of less than 0.5pF. PCB design: differential pair impedance control is 100Ω±10%, and length matching error is less than 0.1mm. Cat6 STP network cables are used, with both ends of the shield grounded via metal connectors. With this suppression, the Ethernet interface can pass IEC 61000-4-2 8kV ESD and IEC 61000-4-4 4kV EFT tests, with a gigabit communication bit error rate of less than 10^-10.
