The FTU's full-load EMC performance is guaranteed under the most demanding operating conditions.
Design phase: Select components with stable parameters at high temperatures, such as X7R capacitors and high-temperature magnetic cores.
Thermal design: Ensure that the performance of filters and protection devices does not degrade at high temperatures.
Testing and verification: Conduct full-load EMC testing in a high-temperature chamber (e.g., 70°C), including conducted emissions, radiated emissions, and immunity. Pay special attention to the thermal noise changes of the power module and power circuit.
This ensures that the FTU's EMC performance is stable across the entire temperature range of -40°C to +85°C under full-load conditions, meeting the environmental testing requirements of IEC 60068-2.
