Inter-module crosstalk mainly occurs through power supply and interface coupling. Mitigation solutions include:
Independent power supply: Each module uses an independent DC-DC converter, such as the WRB2405S-3W, with an isolation voltage of 1500VDC.
Interface isolation: Inter-module communication uses an ADUM1410 digital isolator (3kVrms).
PCB design: Modules are isolated using a 2mm wide grounded guard ring. Interface signal lines use differential transmission with 100Ω impedance matching. Metal partitions, 0.8mm thick, are added between modules inside the chassis.
This design reduces inter-module crosstalk by more than 30dB, and power supply noise coupling is less than 1%, meeting the IEC 61000-4-6 conducted immunity 10V test requirements.
