How can EPS ground loop interference be eliminated from the electronic end?

Ground loop interference in EPS originates from potential differences between different grounding points or from the loop picking up spatial magnetic fields, inducing common-mode noise in the signal loop. Methods to eliminate this interference from the electronic circuit end include:

1. Loop interruption: Using common-mode chokes on susceptible analog signal lines and communication lines, such as CML series common-mode inductors on sampling or RS485 lines, to suppress common-mode interference without affecting differential signals.

2. Electrical isolation: Using optocouplers, isolation operational amplifiers, or digital isolators to completely disconnect the direct connection of the signal ground wire; this is one of the most effective methods.

3. Differential transmission: For analog signals, using differential amplifiers and twisted-pair transmission utilizes their high common-mode rejection ratio (CMRR) to cancel loop-induced noise.

4. Single-point grounding: In system design, planning single-point grounding for low-frequency analog circuits to avoid ground loop formation at its source.
