The industrial AI edge gateway CAN FD interface boasts a speed of up to 5Mbps, capable of transmitting AI decision-making and control commands. To ensure CAN FD's resistance to common-mode interference during high-speed communication, a low-junction-capacitance TVS ESDCANFD24VAPB is required, with a junction capacitance of 7pF. A common-mode inductor CML4532A-510T is connected in series to suppress high-frequency common-mode interference. A bidirectional TVS P6KE24CA, named P6KE 600W DO-15 24CA, is connected in parallel to ground at CANH/L, with a bidirectional VRWM=20.5V clamping at 33.6V as backup protection. The CAN FD frame error rate is <0.01% after passing the IEC61000-4-2 ±15kV air discharge test.
