Countermeasures include: selecting shielding materials with good vibration resistance, such as gaskets with adhesive backing or snap-fit fixing; using anti-loosening washers or thread-locking adhesive on critical grounding screws; adding mechanical fixation to large components on the PCB, such as applying adhesive or using brackets; using connectors with locking mechanisms for cable connections, or bundling and securing cables. Modal analysis should be performed during structural design to avoid resonant frequencies. Products must pass vibration testing, and the status of critical EMC-related connection points should be reviewed after testing, with EMC retesting performed if necessary.
