Does the BMS control board meet the ISO7637-2 transient conducted immunity standard?

The ISO 7637-2 standard specifies the harsh transient pulses encountered in the vehicle electrical environment. A BMS must implement targeted, tiered pulse protection design to meet this standard. For high-energy pulses such as pulse 1, a high-current-capacity TVS or MOV should be used at the power supply port. For fast negative pulses such as pulse 2a, a TVS with extremely fast response is required. For load drop pulse 5, a Zener diode or dedicated IC clamping is typically needed. The design must ensure that the protection devices can withstand the number of pulse repetitions, and the PCB layout should minimize the inductance of the protection loop. Iterative optimization combining simulation and actual testing is usually required to cope with the complex electromagnetic environment of automotive electronics.
