How to improve the conduction immunity CS of motion controller MC?

Improving the conducted immunity of the motion controller (MC) requires preventing interference from coupling in through the power and signal ports. A high-performance EMI filter, incorporating a common-mode inductor, X capacitor, and Y capacitor, with sufficient insertion loss in the 150kHz to 80MHz frequency range, should be used at the power port. Signal ports should be configured with filters according to their type: RC filters for low-frequency analog signals and common-mode chokes with TVS converters for digital signals. All filter grounds must be low-impedance and "clean." Internally, shielding should be added to the switching power supply, and local LC filters or LDOs should be added to the power supplies of sensitive chips.

PCB design should ensure tight coupling between the power and ground planes. An isolation transformer can be used at the system level. Improving CS (Self-Containment) is a systemic issue requiring comprehensive measures in port filtering, internal circuit design, and system installation. CS testing should monitor the module's performance under interference injection, adjusting filtering parameters or strengthening isolation based on failure symptoms until the required level is met.
