Improving the grounding of the PAC housing of the intelligent controller can significantly improve the shielding effect; the housing should be directly connected to the earth via a low-impedance path (such as braided copper strip, grounding bolt), with a grounding wire cross-sectional area of not less than 2.5mm² and a length of less than 0.5m; conductive gaskets and tight screws should be used to connect the various parts of the housing (cover plate, side plate) to ensure electrical continuity, with a contact resistance of less than 10mΩ; the shielding ground of the internal PCB is connected to the housing through multiple metal pillars; for non-metallic housings, a conductive coating should be applied internally and grounded; during testing, a grounding impedance tester should be used to measure the grounding resistance to be less than 0.1Ω, and a network analyzer should be used to measure the housing transfer impedance; after optimizing the grounding, the shielding effectiveness of the housing in the 30MHz-1GHz range is improved by more than 10dB, meeting the requirements of the IEC61000-5-2 grounding and bonding guidelines;
