EMC control of multi-axis linkage of the PAC intelligent controller needs to be addressed from the perspectives of synchronization, power supply, and communication. A high-precision synchronous clock is used to drive each axis, and the clock line is shielded. Each axis has an independent power supply, isolated from the main power supply via a ferrite bead (PBZ1608A-102Z0T). Inter-axis communication uses an anti-interference protocol (such as EtherCAT), and a common-mode inductor (CMZ3225A-510T) and TVS protection (ESDLC3V3D3B) are added at the physical layer.
During wiring, the cables for each axis are bundled separately to avoid coupling. In terms of software, a synchronization compensation algorithm is used. During testing, under interference (such as EFT 4kV), the multi-axis linkage trajectory error is less than 0.1mm. After control, the system meets the IEC61800-3 standard and is suitable for precision machining.
