How does the PAC (Power Frequency and Pulsed Magnetic Field) intelligent controller resist interference?

To enhance the immunity of the PAC (Power Frequency Controller) to power frequency (50Hz) and pulsed magnetic fields (such as lightning strikes), shielding and circuit design are required. The housing should be made of high-permeability materials (such as steel) and kept continuous to reduce magnetic field penetration. Internal sensitive circuits (such as sensors and ADCs) should be located away from the housing edges and protected with magnetic shielding.

The circuit design should employ differential input and amplifiers with high common-mode rejection ratios. For power frequency magnetic fields, according to IEC 61000-4-8 standards, a field strength of 100 A/m (Level 4) should be applied without system failure. For pulsed magnetic fields, according to IEC 61000-4-9 standards, a pulse of 1000 A/m (Level 5) should be applied without system damage. Through this design, the PAC can operate stably in strong magnetic field environments with an accuracy error of less than 0.1%.
