Coordinated power line carrier PLC and BMS communication requires unified grounding and filtering design for EMC. A common grounding system with a star grounding structure and a grounding resistance of less than 0.1Ω is adopted. The communication interface uses an isolation scheme, such as the CAN isolation module ADM2483, to avoid ground noise coupling. On the power line side, a common-mode inductor CML4532A-510T and a TVS diode SMCJ24CA are deployed to suppress interference. Protocol coordination avoids collisions caused by simultaneous transmissions. In actual testing, system-level EMC testing is performed, including conducted emissions, radiated emissions, and immunity, to ensure overall compliance. This coordinated design enables the system to operate stably in complex environments such as electric vehicles.
