To resolve interference between the PLC power line carrier and the power frequency, frequency domain isolation and filtering techniques are required. The carrier frequency should be selected within the power frequency harmonic gap, such as 132kHz, avoiding integer multiples of 50Hz. In the coupling circuit, a high-pass filter should be used to allow the carrier to pass while blocking the power frequency. Digital signal processing techniques, such as adaptive noise cancellation, should be employed to subtract power frequency interference in real time. Intermodulation products should be analyzed through simulation to optimize the carrier frequency. In actual testing, under power frequency noise conditions, the bit error rate of carrier communication should be below 10^-5. Resolving interference improves the system's reliability in power line environments, making it suitable for industrial applications.
