How can the coupling circuit of a power line carrier PLC be kept away from sensitive modules?

To keep power line carrier PLC coupling circuits away from sensitive modules, layout partitioning and shielding isolation are crucial. The coupling circuit (including transformers and filter capacitors) should be placed in a separate area, maintaining a distance of at least 20mm from sensitive modules (such as MCUs and ADCs). During layout, the coupling circuit should be near the power line inlet, while the sensitive module should be near the system interior. A metal shield should be used to cover the coupling circuit, and the shield should be grounded. On the PCB, a ground plane isolation strip with a width greater than 5mm should be placed between the coupling circuit and the sensitive module. Differential lines should be used for signal connections, with ground wire protection. Through simulation analysis of electric field coupling, the layout should be optimized to ensure the coupling capacitance is less than 1pF. In actual testing, noise at the sensitive module should be measured using a spectrum analyzer and should be below -60dBm. Distancing the design can reduce coupling interference by more than 25dB, ensuring the normal operation of the sensitive module.
