Power line carrier PLCs require enhanced filtering, shielding, and grounding for interference immunity in industrial high-voltage environments. An industrial-grade EMI filter, such as a CML4532A-510T and two 0.47μF capacitors, is deployed at the power input, capable of withstanding 10A current. A metal casing with shielding effectiveness greater than 60dB is used. The grounding system employs a low-impedance grounding busbar with a grounding resistance of less than 1Ω. The signal interface uses opto-isolation, withstanding 3000VAC. The protection design is optimized through simulation analysis of the field interference spectrum. In actual testing, near interference sources such as frequency converters and motors, the PLC communication bit error rate should be below 10^-5. This industrial interference immunity design enables the system to operate stably in harsh electromagnetic environments.
