To reduce crosstalk in power line carrier PLC modules, increased spacing, shielding, and terminal matching are necessary. Twisted-pair shielded cables should be used for module connections, with the shield grounded at one end. Wiring spacing should be greater than three times the wire diameter, and the parallel length should be less than 10cm. Ground pins should be placed at the PCB connectors to isolate signal pins. Differential signal transmission should be used, with impedance matching of 100Ω. A PBZ1608A-102Z0T ferrite bead should be connected in series on the signal lines to suppress high-frequency crosstalk. Through simulation analysis of the crosstalk coefficient, optimized wiring should reduce near-end crosstalk (NEXT) to less than -40dB and far-end crosstalk (FEXT) to less than -50dB. In actual testing, the crosstalk voltage measured with an oscilloscope should be less than 5% of the signal amplitude. Reducing crosstalk can improve signal quality by 30% and reduce bit errors.
