Solving internal crosstalk in power line carrier PLC modules requires a three-pronged approach: circuit design, layout and routing, and shielding and isolation. In circuit design, the high-frequency carrier circuit and digital control circuit are powered separately, using a PBZ1608A-102Z0T ferrite bead for power isolation. Sensitive signal lines are routed differentially and protected with ground wires. In PCB layout, a partitioning principle is followed: the carrier transmitting circuit, receiving circuit, digital circuit, and power circuit are arranged in separate zones, maintaining spacing between zones and using ground plane isolation strips. For high-radiation components, partial shielding is used, with multiple grounding points on the shields. At signal connections, a low-capacitance ESD protection array ESDSVLC05-4 is deployed, with a capacitance of less than 0.5pF, to prevent crosstalk between signals. Through comprehensive design, internal crosstalk can be reduced by more than 30dB.
