The power line interface wiring design for power line carrier PLCs needs to suppress conducted interference and radiated coupling. Shielded cables are used to connect the power lines, with the shielding layer terminated 360 degrees to the metal casing. Internal cable grouping: live and neutral wires are twisted together, and the ground wire is separate. The wiring path is kept away from sensitive signal lines, with parallel spacing greater than 30cm. At the interface, a common-mode inductor CML4532A-510T and a safety-certified X capacitor (0.47μF) are deployed to filter noise. On the PCB, the power line interface area is separately defined and isolated by a ground plane. Electromagnetic field distribution at the interface is analyzed through simulation, and the layout is optimized to achieve a coupling coefficient less than 0.01. In actual testing, conducted emission tests are performed, and the optimized layout should meet the EN55032 Class B limit with a margin greater than 6dB. Anti-interference wiring can reduce noise at the interface by 20dB, improving system stability.
