How to isolate the strong and weak current wiring in a power line carrier PLC?

Power line carrier PLC wiring must adhere to the principles of zoning, shielding, and safe distance. High-voltage (power lines, power modules) and low-voltage (carrier signals, control circuits) wiring should be separated by at least a 10mm isolation strip. During wiring, high-voltage and low-voltage cables should cross perpendicularly, avoiding parallel runs; if parallel runs are unavoidable, the spacing should be greater than 30cm, or a metal partition should be used for isolation. High-voltage cables should use shielded cables with both ends of the shield grounded; low-voltage cables should use twisted-pair shielded cables with only one end of the shield grounded. On the PCB, high-voltage and low-voltage areas should be separated by a ground plane and connected via optocouplers or isolation transformers. Safe distances must meet the requirements of Creepage ≥ 5.5mm and Clearance ≥ 3.2mm (220VAC). These measures can reduce coupling noise by more than 30dB, ensuring system safety and reliability, and passing withstand voltage tests (1500VAC/60s) and insulation resistance tests (>100MΩ).
