1. Design Robustness: EMC design must have sufficient margins to tolerate normal fluctuations in component and process parameters. Parameter selection for critical filtering and protection circuits should not be at a critical level.
2. Key Component Control: Strict supplier management and incoming material inspection standards should be established for key components that significantly impact EMC performance (such as common-mode inductors, X/Y capacitors, magnetic rings, and shielding gaskets) to ensure batch-to-batch stability of parameters and materials.
3. Production Process Standardization: Develop and solidify production processes that affect EMC, such as PCB grounding via processes, shielded cable termination processes, filter installation torque, and screw tightening sequence.
4. Production Process Inspection: Establish necessary inspection points on the production line, such as checking grounding continuity and shielding layer overlap quality.
5. Sampling and Batch Testing: Regularly sample finished products from the production line for complete EMC testing to monitor long-term consistency. Establish a list of critical EMC control points and strictly enforce them.
