Excessive radiated interference is often caused by high-speed signals, switching harmonics, and antenna effects resulting from poor PCB layout. To meet the stringent requirements of CISPR 25 Class B, comprehensive measures are necessary. At the source, CMF series feedthrough beads should be installed on clock lines and CAN bus lines to suppress harmonic radiation. Along the path, optimize PCB layout, shorten high-current loops, and place decoupling capacitors near the power pins of critical ICs. Spatially, use shielding in noisy areas and ensure good grounding, while also checking the 360-degree termination of cable shielding. Through multiple measures including source suppression, path optimization, and spatial shielding, radiated peak values can be effectively reduced.
