How to isolate and wire the strong and weak current in industrial servo systems?

In servo systems, isolating high-voltage (main circuit, drive power supply) and low-voltage (control signals, sampling circuits) wiring is crucial to prevent noise coupling. Audiotech's wiring rules are as follows: On the PCB, clearly define high-voltage and low-voltage zones with a minimum spacing of 5mm, and a grounded guard trace can be laid in between. High-voltage and low-voltage traces should cross perpendicularly, avoiding long parallel runs; if parallel runs are unavoidable, the spacing should be greater than 10 times the diameter of the high-voltage wire.

Through layer allocation, place high-voltage traces on the bottom layer and low-voltage traces on the top layer, isolated by a ground plane in between. Inside the cabinet, high-voltage and low-voltage cables should be run in separate cable trays or separated by metal partitions, with a minimum spacing >20cm. For unavoidable proximity (such as current sampling lines), low-voltage signals must use twisted-pair shielded cables with the shield grounded at one end. Following these rules can reduce the coupling of high-voltage switching noise to low-voltage signals by more than 40dB, ensuring control accuracy and communication reliability, and meeting the requirements of IEC 61800-5-1 standard.
