The AC and DC interface filters need to be designed separately and their mutual influence must be considered. The AC side uses a two-stage filter: the first stage consists of a CMZ3225A-501T common-mode inductor (500μH) + a CY-X2-224K X capacitor (0.22μF); the second stage consists of a PBZ2012E600Z0T ferrite bead (600Ω) + a CY-Y1-222K Y capacitor (2.2nF). The DC side uses a π-type filter: a PWRA6045R6R8M0T power inductor (6.8μH) + a 100μF electrolytic capacitor + a 10μF ceramic capacitor. The AC and DC interfaces are connected via a DC-DC isolation module WRB2405S-3W (1500VDC isolation). PCB layout: clear AC and DC separation with a spacing greater than 12mm. This design ensures conducted emissions meet EN55032 Class B, with an isolation withstand voltage of 2500VAC.
