Interference shielding for control signals employs shielded cables and grounding. Shielded twisted-pair cables are used for control signal lines, with the shielding layer grounded at a single point on the monitoring unit. On the PCB: RC filters (1kΩ + 100nF) and ESD5V0D8B protection are added to control signal input and output. Sensitive control circuits are locally shielded. PCB layout: Control signal lines are kept away from noise sources and encased in ground. This shielding improves the immunity to interference in control signals, reducing the false alarm rate to less than 0.01%.
