The installation location of the ferrite cores was optimized based on the interference path and frequency. A nickel-zinc ferrite core (μ300), 8mm inner diameter, 3 turns, was installed at the power input to suppress interference from 30MHz to 200MHz. A ferrite core (μ2500), 5mm inner diameter, 2 turns, was installed at the communication cable input to suppress interference from 10MHz to 100MHz. A PBZ1608E600Z0T (600Ω@100MHz) chip bead was installed near the interference source on the signal line. During installation, the ferrite cores were placed as close as possible to the interference source, and the cables were tightly wound. The ferrite beads on the PCB were placed close to the IC power pins. Through optimized installation, high-frequency radiated interference was reduced by more than 12dB, and conducted emissions met the EN55032 Class B limits.
