General standard: Adhere to MIL-STD-810H, with operating temperature range of -55℃~+125℃ and storage temperature range of -65℃~+150℃.

Extreme environments: In high-cold regions, use low-temperature resistant epoxy resin (glass transition temperature Tg≤-60℃), and optimize the winding tension to avoid brittle fracture at low temperatures. In high-temperature environments, select ferrite with a Curie temperature ≥250℃ (such as TDK H5C6) for the magnetic core, and use polyimide enameled wire (temperature resistance 220℃) for the winding.

Temperature cycling test: It must pass -55℃~+125℃/100 cycles, with inductance change <10%.
