EMC (Electronic Control Mechanism) for dental implant machines hinges on the handpiece driver. The power MOSFETs in the brushless DC motor (BLDC) driver should be low-gate charge models, with a gate series resistor to slow switching speed and reduce dV/dt. High-current ferrite beads and low-ESR capacitors should be used for filtering at the driver's power input. Shielded or stranded wires should be used for the three-phase power lines connecting the handpiece. Torque and speed sensor signal lines on the control panel should be shielded and transmitted differentially or in isolation. The entire metal casing should be properly grounded, and the connector between the handpiece and control panel should be shielded.
