EMC design of the optometry system focuses on the light source and servo system. Infrared LEDs or laser diodes should be driven by constant current to ensure stable output light intensity. The signal readout circuit of the photodetector array needs to be low-noise and may perform correlated double sampling (CDS) to eliminate reset noise. The servo motors for adjusting the lens assembly should be low-noise stepper or servo motors, with proper filtering of the drivers and shielding of the encoder feedback lines. The optical and electronic control components of the entire unit may be designed separately and connected via shielded cables. The equipment should be placed on a stable optometry table to avoid environmental vibration.
