Home blood pressure monitors require compact and efficient EMC design. The analog output signal of the pressure sensor (MEMS) is susceptible to interference; therefore, the power supply of its signal conditioning operational amplifier needs good decoupling, and the circuit board layout should be compact. The micro-motor drive circuits for the air pump and exhaust valve should be simple, and a small capacitor can be connected in parallel across the motor coil to absorb sparks (for brushed motors). The main control MCU should be a model with strong anti-interference capabilities, its reset circuit reliable, and the program should incorporate software filtering to process the AD sampling values. Due to the device's small size and difficulty in shielding, good PCB layout (e.g., a complete ground plane) and component selection are crucial for improving immunity.
