The EMC design of the dehydrator emphasizes reliability. The signal lines of the level sensors (e.g., float switches, capacitive switches) in each reagent cylinder should be shielded and RC filtered to prevent false triggering. The stepper/servo motor drivers for the robotic arm should be properly filtered and equipped with photoelectric or magnetic encoders for position feedback and error correction. The wax cylinder heater should be controlled by a solid-state relay with RC absorption. The power input of the overall controller (PLC or dedicated board) must be equipped with an AC voltage regulator or UPS, and intermediate relays or optocouplers should be used for isolation between the I/O modules and the high-voltage drive section.
