The EMC design of a pathology scanner must ensure image quality. For the power input terminals of each axis motor driver, it is recommended to connect a high-current ferrite bead (e.g., PBZ3216 series) in series and a TVS diode (SMCJ series) in parallel to suppress conducted noise and voltage surges. For the high-speed differential pair connecting the camera and image acquisition card, a common-mode choke (e.g., CML4532A-510T) should be placed near the connector at the receiving end to filter common-mode noise. An LC filter can be added to the output terminal of the switching power supply module powering the scanner. The device chassis should be properly grounded, and all external communication ports (e.g., gigabit Ethernet ports for data transmission) must integrate network transformers and ESD protection chips (e.g., ESDLC3V3D3B) to ensure data stability.
