EMC rectification of the endoscope system should focus on the image chain and light source. The video output of the camera (e.g., HDMI or SDI) should employ a low-capacitance ESD protection array (e.g., ESD0524P) to ensure high-speed signal integrity. For electronic endoscopes using fiber optic signal transmission, the power supply of its photoelectric conversion module must be filtered and protected with ferrite beads (PBZ series) and TVS (SMBJ5.0CA). The xenon lamp trigger of the cold light source will generate high-voltage sparks and must be placed in a metal shielded box; the trigger line should use shielded wire and may be connected in series with a ferrite bead. All user-accessible buttons and knobs on the system host should have ESD protection devices (ESD5V0D8B) placed behind their circuitry to prevent static electricity from causing system reset.
