CT scanner EMC rectification requires layered treatment: power supply, signal, and motor systems. The main power supply AC 220V input port uses a 14D511K varistor and a gas discharge tube (e.g., 2R600L-8X6) to form primary protection, absorbing lightning strikes and operational overvoltages. To suppress conducted interference from multiple switching power supplies within the cabinet, PBZ series ferrite beads are connected in series and SMBJ series TVS diodes are connected in parallel on the DC 24V/12V/5V branch power lines. The low-voltage differential signal from the slip ring to the detector is sensitive to noise; using a CML3225A-510T common-mode inductor can effectively filter out common-mode interference. All external communication interfaces (e.g., Gigabit Ethernet) should integrate low-capacitance ESD protection chips such as ESDLC3V3D3B to prevent electrostatic damage and reduce signal reflection.
