EMC rectification of digital X-ray machines requires addressing the high-voltage generator, rotating anode drive, digital detector board, and various interfaces. For the AC 220V main power input, a two-stage protection system consisting of a 14D561K varistor and a 2R600L series gas discharge tube is recommended to absorb power grid surges. To suppress conducted noise generated by the internal switching power supply, PBZ series ferrite beads (e.g., PBZ1608E600Z0T) can be used at the DC/DC module input/output terminals. The area near the high-voltage transformer and control signal lines (e.g., LVDS) is susceptible to interference; CMZ series common-mode inductors (e.g., CMZ3225A-510T) can be connected in series for filtering. All low-voltage digital interfaces (USB, Ethernet) and control panel buttons should be protected against electrostatic discharge using low-capacitance ESD devices such as ESDLC5V0D3B or ESD0524P to ensure stable image transmission.
