To ensure EMC performance during full-load data transmission from the DTU, the impact of load variations must be considered during the design phase. Under full load, power supply noise may increase, requiring enhanced power supply filtering, such as using a power inductor PWR6045R6R8M0T and low-ESR capacitors. The communication interface experiences increased drive current under full load, potentially increasing radiation; therefore, signal integrity must be maintained through terminal matching. Simulation analysis of full-load EMC performance is crucial for design optimization. In actual testing, conducted and radiated emissions under full-load conditions should meet standard limits. Ensuring full-load EMC performance guarantees product stability and reliability in real-world use.
