Optimizing the wiring in the DTU power terminal area requires consideration of safety clearance and noise isolation. Leave at least 5mm of clearance around power terminals (such as connectors) to meet creepage distance requirements. Wiring width should be at least 2mm to ensure sufficient current carrying capacity. Power lines should cross signal lines perpendicularly, avoiding parallel crossings. Install ferrite cores at terminal entry points to suppress high-frequency noise. On the PCB, the power area should be a separate zone, surrounded by a ground plane. Analyze the electric field distribution in the terminal area through simulation to optimize the layout. In actual testing, withstand voltage tests (2000VAC/60s) and insulation tests (>100MΩ) were performed. Optimized wiring can improve safety and EMC performance, and reduce failures.
